Best of Style 2007 Casino and Raffle Raises $5,200+ for PAWS!

A very special thank you to Philadelphia STYLE Magazine for naming PAWS the beneficiary of its 2007 Best of STYLE party. Held on June 21 at the Crystal Tea Room in the Wanamaker Building, the event raised more than $5,200 for PAWS’ programs to save the lives of Philadelphia’s homeless, abandoned, and unwanted animals. Partygoers tried their luck at the Best of STYLE Casino and bought chances to win fabulous prizes (including a trip to Cancun) in a raffle, but the animals were the biggest winners of all.

Special thanks also go to the incredible team of PAWS volunteers who worked the event, selling casino chips and raffle tickets and educating people about the wonderful PAWS animals in need of forever homes. Philadelphia STYLE and PAWS -- what an inspiring, lifesaving team!
